**Halloween Giveaway Rules**

**1. Giveaway Organizer:**
The giveaway is organized by POPULARKO.COM.

**2. Eligibility Requirements:**
To participate in the giveaway, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be a resident of Slovenia.
- Be over 18 years old OR have PARENTAL CONSENT to participate or claim the prize.

**3. Giveaway Duration:**
The giveaway will run until [31.10.2023 at 10:00 PM].

**4. Prizes:**
- The giveaway prizes are:

2) 30M LED Lights with app (CLICK)
3) Gel Blaster pistol GLOCK (CLICK)
4) 10M LED Lights with app (CLICK)

- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

**5. How to Participate:**
Participation in the giveaway is through the link HERE.
After 31.10.2023, the link will no longer be accessible as the game CLOSES.

**6. Winner Selection:**
Winners will be selected precisely according to LIST 1-4 by the highest points, after the end of the giveaway. The names of the winners will be published on [popularko.com] on the FRONT page on 1.11.2023 at 10:00 AM.

Each person can play the game unlimited times! However, you cannot receive more than 1st PLACE prize. Example: Your score is in first place and also in third place. Only the highest score achieved by a person is counted. For this, you would only receive the 1st PLACE prize, and the 3rd place would go to another person with the highest points.

**7. Winner Notification:**
Winners will be notified via [Email] no later than [2.11.2023]. Winners are kindly asked to respond within 5 days, otherwise, we reserve the right to draw the next winner.

**8. Prize Collection:**
Prizes will be sent to the winners' addresses which they provide us in the email conversation at info@popularko.com

All taxes and shipping are covered by us. You will have NO costs for receiving the prizes.

**10. Consent for Data Usage:**
Participants in the giveaway permit the use of their data (name, surname, and a photo of the winner with the prize, which you send to info@popularko.com for the announcement of winners on our social networks and online store.) as stated in [Privacy Policy Link].

Participants can request the deletion of their data from the organizer's database at any time.

- The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.
