Where do I enter the DISCOUNT code?

You enter the discount code in the cart at checkout. There's a "DISCOUNT CODE" FIELD somewhere there. You enter the code, and it immediately calculates the discount for you :) If you have trouble, email us at: info@popularko.com.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for the ordered products cash on delivery or by card at home, or immediately online with a credit or debit card or via PayPal. (All payments are made in the CART at checkout).

When can I expect my package to be delivered?

In most cases, the package can be expected within 1-2 days; however, in very rare cases, due to extreme congestion, it may take up to 5 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free for orders over €80. For orders under €80, delivery costs €3.99.

Are your products available in a physical store?

Our products are currently only available through the online store.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with an order summary and a PDF invoice.

What should I do if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

In case you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, GLS will send you an SMS and an e-mail where you can see which parcel locker or pick-up point they have delivered the parcel to.

What to do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us immediately by email at info@popularko.com and we will resolve any issue together.
